Description: Our interpretation of the sausage from the coastal town of Huacho, Peru. This sausage hits the flavour mark with garlic, cumin, annatto & aji Amarillo chili paste.
All orders placed before Tuesday at noon will be shipped on Thursday and delivered between 2-9PM.
You do not have to be home for your delivery! We can leave it on the front step OR leave a cooler outside and we can instruct our drivers to put your order inside.
If you order after Tuesday at noon, your order will be delivered the following Thursday.
