Fresh is Best

In 1999, we started making fresh salsa at home and decided to sell it after receiving positive feedback from friends. With 20 jars of salsa, we joined the Kamloops farmer's market. Initially discouraged by lack of interest, we stayed until noon and ended up selling out. Realizing the need for chips to accompany our salsa, we learned to make our own. People loved the chips and asked where to buy them, leading us to package and sell them together. And that's how Fresh Is Best was born.
