When Blue Kettle founders Marcy and Carol set up their first booth at the St. Albert Farmers Market in 2000, they arrived with a few jars of salsa, pasta sauce, chili base and decades of cooking experience with the notion that gourmet meals can be conveniently enjoyed in the comfort of your own home. At Blue Kettle, we believe that life is too short to settle for ‘average’ big-brand foods.
