EACH mix has a cookie cutter attached to the mix.

The mix makes over 200 cookies when they are rolled out to 1/8 inch thick and mini cookie cutter used. Or 70 cookies if a 'normal' size cookie cutter is used. The dough is easy to work with, no chilling required, and makes great tasting sugar cookies!

 

Product individually hand packed by a local celiac, in a AHS approved kitchen.

GF Brown Rice Flour, GF White Rice Flour, GF Potato Starch, GF Tapioca Starch, Sugar, Xanthan Gum, Salt.

Meet Teresa from Gluten Free KOB:

My life is filled with delicious contradictions: a celiac married to a dairy-free diabetic, raising one celiac child and one "normal" one (her words!). Food is a daily adventure, but it never dominates our lives. I'm here to share what I've learned, hoping it helps yours be a little sweeter.

Diagnosed as an adult, celiac was a complete surprise. My dad, a professional baker for 50 years, filled my childhood with mouthwatering donuts. Imagine saying no to those!

It wasn't easy at first. But the fear of health risks, coupled with a desire to recreate family recipes for my celiac son, became my baking crusade. I devoured cookbooks, blogs, and courses, turning Grandma's pies and Mom's muffins gluten-free while amping up the nutrition.

Today, gluten holds no allure, but I know how hard it can be. My mission is to show you that gluten-free doesn't mean taste-free. Bread that doesn't crumble, muffins that rise sky-high, recipes that are easy and use everyday ingredients – it's all possible!
