Ground elk meat is a healthy alternative for beef. No additives, steroids  or hormones, high protein, low cholesterol. Elk meat is a good choice in healthy eating. Substitute elk for any recipe calling for beef. Elk is great in chilli, lasagna, crumbled over pizza, sloppy joes, and spaghetti sauce.
