The story of the Canada Dairy Company commenced in 2009 when we found out that there was no rolled cream on the Canadian market. We produced our clotted cream (Kaymak) according to the first method from our ancestors and adopted (the natural choice) handmade and labor intensive.

Our products have been and continue to be of high quality made in Canada. Canada Dairy aims to always maintain the highest levels of product manufacturing for our customers and strives to place itself at the forefront of producing rolled clotted cream.
