Best deal of all. Custom design how to get the side cut to your specification. Our sides weigh between 300 lbs to 450 lbs. The price includes the cutting and wrapping and charged on an average price of 375 lbs (the weight of side before it is cut). Please note the final meat weight is about 30% less of the hanging weight.
All orders placed before Tuesday at noon will be shipped on Thursday and delivered between 2-9PM.
You do not have to be home for your delivery! We can leave it on the front step OR leave a cooler outside and we can instruct our drivers to put your order inside.
If you order after Tuesday at noon, your order will be delivered the following Thursday.
