Country Pan Bread
The country pan loaf is a partial fermentation loaf made with organic white flour. It has the same flour composition as the Country Sourdough but the shorter fermentation gives it a milder tang.
This bread is a healthy choice because the natural leavening process pre-digests the sugars, lowering the glycemic index of the loaf so it won’t spike your blood sugar.
All orders placed before Tuesday at noon will be shipped on Thursday and delivered between 2-9PM.
You do not have to be home for your delivery! We can leave it on the front step OR leave a cooler outside and we can instruct our drivers to put your order inside.
If you order after Tuesday at noon, your order will be delivered the following Thursday.
