My name is Jenny and I am the founder of Micro Eats. I am a hairdresser by trade, but I have another love: plants.  Ever since I was 2 years old I’ve been elbow-deep in garden soil.  It all started when my grandma enlisted me to help pull weeds from her flower beds and vegetable garden.  Nowadays I still find ways to surround myself with greenery.  You should see my living room!

As a wife and mom to a beautiful 7 year old daughter, microgreens help me to connect my family with fresh foods and a love of nature.  Micro Eats is truly a family business.  My daughter happily assists me with the day to day tasks and my dad helps me with pretty much anything and everything.  Dad and I built a vertical garden in a dedicated 72 square foot grow room in my basement.  This way I can monitor and control growing conditions, like humidity, temperature, and light for optimal growth.
