All Jerkies are put through a lengthy, higher temperature dehydration process to remove moisture for shelf stability while avoiding unnecessary salts and sulfates. Once dehydrated, our jerkies are baked through to ensure safe consumption standards are met. Jerky is packaged with Oxygen Absorption packets for optimal freshness.

We deliver orders daily Monday - Friday from 1PM-6PM.
